No brakes

1990 ls 400 the brakes will not stop the car.

Probably time for new brake pads and rotors but it may need more than that. Have it TOWED to a good brake shop.

Good pads, good rotors. Full brake juice reservoir. Even the e brake barely stops the vehicle. I'm stuck between calipers not sliding or possibly master cylinder? But with the e brake bot working its gotta be the master right?
