had r&p lines changed then my brakes started failing. no leaks. think only rear brakes working?

Brakes started off and on while at a light getting hard. then I lost all power in
brakes.When coming to stop, I pump pedel, it rises or gets harder. It is holding
pressure. But I think back brakes are only working? help

absolutely need to be properly bled. Utube vids cover brake bleeding... Be Careful!!!
