Have you had a scanner look up the check engine light code that is set if so reset it, and most time when a code is set for a sensor it means look at all that could cause that sensor to set a code which means the functions that are used by the computer to adjust or use info from a sensor is not working correct so it may be EGR, PCV, Vacuum Leak, Bad/loose connection, Short in wire harness, blown fuse, ect.
