Do I need to remove the dash board to get to the air conditioning valve ? Can you please provide the correct procedure? Thank you

If you are trying to add Freon, the valve is normally located under the hood.

He is right, just exactly are you wanting to do? There are valves under the dash, yes, but for the evaporator..... but if it needs refrigerant it goes in the low pressure side of the A/C line under hood. You can't get it backwards. Years ago.... people were putting the refrigerant hooked up to the high pressure side and the compressor would pump air in to the can and blow it up. Now, when you buy a kit the fittings are different sizes
