If you already started the vehicle and drove it till it stalled, you will need to drain the fuel tank and flush all the fuel lines of the diesel. It is best left to the pros. If after the fuel was added to the tank, and you didn't start the vehicle yet, don't start it! Have it towed to a garage that can just syphon out the diesel from the fuel tank.
