1995 F-53 460 over heating seems to be no electric cooling fan working

I don't know what you drive but I am pretty sure Ford's of that era had clutch fans, not electric fans.

You are correct I went out and crawled under and there. seems to be no electric only a 'finned' unit behind the fan.What engages the fan? this is on a class A motorhome. Thank you.
