Are there any codes being set? You seem to have been thorough in tuning up, so I'm guessing you've checked if codes are being set. One thought is if it seems fuel starved you may want to check EVAP system esp. vent and purge solenoids, after it dies, pop the gas cap and see if it feels like tank was pressurized.
