2008 Silverado 5.3 Vortec

Hi. Iv got a 2008 Silverado 5.3, i had a code
pulled that showed misfire on #4cyl. If since
changed the coil pack, all new plugs and
plug wires and an still getting the same
code. It will run fine at times and then light
flashes along with Traction and Stability
warning amen it's running rough. Any help is
appreciated. Thank you

You should now clear the code to see if it comes back. It shouldn't. The code will not clear itself even if the problem was fixed and it probably was fixed.

Can i do that by removing battery cable?

I'm sorry. That's correct. Remove the battery cable for about ten minutes and the code will clear. You can someday buy a very inexpensive scanner that will read and clear codes for you. Ebay has an OxGood 309 scanner for $15. It's a great deal.
