Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 5.2L
Automatic, shows up on gauge cluster "No Bust".
Not getting power to anything mechanical, just
lights and radio ect.. From what I can tell, its not
getting power from PCM to the coil. Would this be
the PCM, or what?
