2000 f350 supper duty

My truck will start and idle but when you press on
the accelerator and get it up to 10000 RPMs it will
die you can let it run for a little while and it's fine

Check all your filters and sensors, make sure the MAF sensor is clean. You may then want to check the fuel pressure, fuel pump may be on its way out. BTW I assume you meant to write "1,000 RPM" and not 10,000 lol.
