If it is a new vehicle, the destination charge should be listed on the window sticker and included in the bottom line price. However, the MSRP does NOT include any tax, title, or license fees.

Not usually included in MSRP as the charges may not be the same everywhere.

Great. Two contradictory answers. That adds significant uncertainty to the numbers on this site.
