Why does my car keep dying ??

What’s up everyone so I bought a Audi A4 1.8t 1998
4 days ago and I didn’t move the car for 3 days until
today I turned the car on in the morning normal
drove  26 miles to my job when I was arriving to my
job my car turned off and I turned it back on and it
ran fine I kept driving a few blocks and the same
thing it died and I started the car and it died and
started the car on and then it ran fine no codes
came up or nothing any idea on what it can be
