Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have replaced and rebuilt my alternator in my car twice this year alone and i keep hearinf
the high frequency whining/buzzing sound with any electrical load. I have gone and
replaced my battery three times, ignition coil and alternator has be replaced and rebuilt
and all fuses and fusable links are fine. What could it possibly be?

Black clamping cable...the other end that connects to the frame...take the bolt off and wirebrush it and put it back together~
