Thinking of buying a 2003 dodge grand caravan

It had a short and melted the ignition wires
at the ignition module. The owner taped the
wires and now it starts sometimes, but will
lose power after it's been ran. He thinks it's
a ground wire. Where is the module
location, and how hard is it to rewire? Thank

disabled, looking for a van that would be a
nice home for a vet and a cat. Thx
