2003 dodge grand caravan...

engine runs great. oil change every 3000 miles since new. has 99,000 miles on
it. starting to hear knocking after about 1 minute after cold start up. noise
doesn't go away. seems like the bottom of engine. put a listening rod to top of
engine and cant hear anything?

If knocking is coming from bottom of engine it is the rod bearings going bad one thing you can try with no promises next time you do an oil change add some Lucas Engine Oil Stabilizer to oil like I said no promises but it is worth a try. If does not work rod bearings needs to be replaced.
