99 Isuzu rodeo

My 99 Isuzu has been rebuilt about a year ago it was doing
great until well I punctured the transmission cooler which i
thought was my ac which didn't work so I didn't care . my wife
drove it for 3 days after and one day she said it wouldn't pass
3rd gear and wouldn't go in reverse .is there an easy fix
besides replacining the cooler . what else might have went
wrong to my tranny?
