A/C only blows through defrost vents but also no heat

I recently replaced the timing belt on my 97
dodge caravan 3.0l.  After putting it back
together the air only blows through the
defrost vents.

The Timing belt replacement has nothing to do with your new issue, sounds as if the blend doors may not be working, they are located under the dash...
