Change the oil replaced alternator
truck started right up once, now it
won't start at all just a click

May be be bad battery connections, or the battery low on charge, should have the battery checked. May want to jump start the vehicle and see if the charging system is working also, by using a digital multi meter and checking the voltage at the battery when the engine is running, It should be 14 to 14.7 DCV. Checking the battery with the engine off is 12.5 to 12.7 DCV for a fully charged battery.
