I have a 2006 Ford F-150 and when i'm driving on the highway and i push the gas i hear a rattling coming from the front, can anybody tell me what that could be

vibration? wheel balanced, universal joints (drive shaft), engine or transmission mounts, freeplay in direction... loll need more details to give a better diagnose..;)

sounds like the cat converter is comeing apart inside,or what you hearing may be valve rattle,if u running regular,87 oct gas,.

loose exhaust heat shield. try revving it while sitting still.

Like Jeff said, it is most likely the exhaust. the F150 is known for broken bolts on the exhaust manifolds that will cause a rattle and the same is true for the exhaust heat shields.
