How do I stop the unrelenting email alerts about a car that I was previously interested in?

I asked for email alerts several months ago about a car that I was looking for. I cannot
figure out how to cancel them now.
Any help would be appreciated.

click 'my account' on this page, then settings, and on top of the list "Allow CarGurus to communicate with me through email" click the 'no' circle
