How do I add the Jeep to my alerts ?

The reason I was looking at the Jeep was it appears to have MORE "KNOBS" that the other makes. I bought a Ford Taurus "Limited" which has a "TOUCH SCREEN" instead of "KNOBS" to control everything. Radio, A/C, etc. It is a nightmare to drive. Just putting you finger "NEAR" the screen will make the car do something. I find the ONLY way to adjust anything A/C etc. is to pull over, study the screen and try some "Image". This Touch Screen is WAY MORE dangerous than TEXTING while driving. What Vehicle do you suggest to buy, that has "KNOBS" ?
