have 3 plugs cannot get soccet on due to rust or corrossion between plug & tube have tried
cleaning out with small file,screwdriver,spray even grinding down soccet need help with
ideas shop wants 350 -400 dollars cannot afford help

you could get an impact sparkplug socket and impact driver for under a hundred dollars....what are they gonna charge you for the air then?

use a little brake cleaner to blast it clean free for the impact driver~

can you imagine what they will charge to replace head when plug snaps off in head. Like my brothers did. plug twisted off at top of the threads. went in with dremel and ground down plug from inside. when we got it thin enough, we were able to get it to collapse enough to remove the plug end. no fun at all. was lucky that it was ft. plug on pass. side.
