Do these prices include the title and registration or other dealership fees?

The prices you see are from the advertisers and they include what the advertiser puts in. Normally, posted prices do not include personal things, like title & registration fees, but if you're dealing with a USED CAR DEALER, they likely include everything but the kitchen sink. Ask each seller what's included.
