Car / SUV with best Suspension

Dear Sir,

My Mother has severe back/spine issue and I am looking for a Car / SUV
which can give best comfort for her travel. This is the only primary
requirement

Current car:
(a) Dzire VDI 2013 Model
(b) SCross (Diesel) 2017 Model
Monthly Avg Travel for business (Father & Self) across both cars: About
1700 to 2000 Kms in a split of 60% city and rest on Highway

New car is primarily for comfort and travel of Mother which ideally will NOT
be more than 500 kms per month primarily visiting Temple and places
around Hyderabad and borders of Maharashtra with Parents, Spouse and 2
kids (under 10 years). Secondary preference is good mileage; cheaper to
maintain; 7 seater (only if comfort and budget fit in) . Would like to keep the
car atleast for 5 to 8 years

Budget: upto 15lacs + few lacs (which we would get by selling one of the
above cars)

Note: Do not prefer Electric vehicle as few of the roads we travel do not have
enough charging infrastructure and round trip could be over 1200kms
however this is hardly 2 to 3 times a year)

Pls suggest a vehicle which gives maximum comfort
(hatchback/sedan/suv...any will do)

Twenty Grand American isn't going to buy you anything that delivers that level of comfort. Unless you go really old and risk reliability. You're into Mercedes and higher for your needs.
