if someone has indicated interest am I supposed to email them?

Hello Nancy, Not having sold or purchased a car using this website, I have no idea. However, whenever I look at a question on this site, below this answer box is a section titled "Related Questions" and at the top of that list was a topic titled 'Indicated Interest'. Just for the heck of it, I took a look at it. You aren't alone in being perplexed - near the bottom of the thread there are couple of more recent answers that may help.
