Meet at a neutral sight, like a busy parking lot, like a shopping center. Some will say near a police station. Take a photo of their drivers license, go along with them for the test drive, bring a friend with you. Just use some common sense, and if something doesn't feel right, then you don't have to sell them your vehicle.

In front of a police station is good as long as BLM is not trying to burn it down.
