my 2003 Nissan Altima

My 2003 Nissan altima will crank but want
start,it had been running hot for about a
week.The fuel pump is working.you can hear
it wen u turn the car on.the car will try to
crank but want catch.

The service engine light is on, on the car.now the car has started back up and ran for a whole day since I posted on it.but after I got the car back home that night and cut it off it has not crank back up but trys to.I checked the coils and they have oil in them.
