my 2003 nissan altima has a code PO340

I took my 2003 nissan altima to the dealer when the check engine light
turned on. They replaced the crank sensor and it worked fine for 2 months.
last week the check engine light turn on again. this time it was a code
p0011. cam sensor. I replace the cam sensor myself and now I have a code
PO340 again.Crank sensor. what is triggereing this codes do i need to
replace the crank sensor again ?

could be bad sensor, could be bad wire/connector, could also be be a stretch timing belt/chain, also in some cars dirty oil can cause this, try taking out the sensor and cleaning first (if there is gunk on it) to see if that works
