06 Chevy cobalt "engine power reduced"

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My (brand new) battery was dead this morning, I
later get a boost. The car idles SUPER rough an I
accelerate an it barely putts down the road. A
"Engine Power Reduced" light has came on. I
plugged my code reader up an the codes read,
P0030 & P0606
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP :/
