Did the blower motor work with AC or defrost prior to this problem? could be the blower motor resister shorted out or bad.

I replaced the resistor tested everything seemed to work shut off restarted now not working anything I turn on lights heat/air selector blower cigarette lighter make instrument panel goes dim lights up both turn signals on dashboard and turn signals don’t work outside
