Timing marks on a 2013 Honda pilot

My timing marks moved when my
timing belt tensioner broke.
Do i have to do any special before
I realign the timing marks .  I
aligned the crankshaft to topdead
center . The top camshafts timing
marks are not .

I'm not familiar enough with your car/engine to say what to do, but it is possible to align timing marks on some engines and be completely 180 out if you don't know what you're doing. I'd suggest picking up a repair manual, Chilton, Haynes, or Mitchell, and following that explicitly over online comments.
