Website search filtering

Question type: General

Why doesn't the website search engine honor the filter settings?  If I ask for a
radius of 150 miles, I don't want a list that includes cars 350 miles away!  Why
have a filter, if that's what you're going to do?

Hi F_O_R! Thanks for the response, but if I sort by ‘closest first’, then I lose the ability to sort by ‘best deal’ or ‘lowest price’. Honor the filter settings, or don’t have filter settings.

I agree with thunderlizard! This platform is ridiculous and frustrating. Will be going back to autotrader

Filters don't work, so frustrating using my Droid phone ...ugh!

I don't know of any listing site that will allow sorting by more than one criteria. It is a good idea and I wish someone would take a hint. Personally I check multiple search engines but it does seem that CG's has the most listings although the AutoTrader is also good.
