Filtering out cars you don't want to see in your search after review them online

Is there a way to do the opposite of liking a car? Sometimes I look over a car
and decide I don't want to see it in my search again. It would be nice to
excluded it from future searches or filter out a "thumbs down" on it.

That would be nice but I have never seen any car search site that allows you to unlike cars.
