I changed the plugs awhile back and jus got the mass air flow sensor on my 98 Ford ranger but been broke down a week. It won't stay running.

Usually with a ford you can unplug maf sensor, take it for a drive, if it does better something wrong with that system. Could be the wiring connector--wiring circuit--pcm? Any applicable trouble codes?
