i drive a 2002 vw microbus 2.6 but the nr 5 spark plug is leaking oil? what may be the problem? how can i fixes this?

do ur plugs go through the valve cover or throught the side of the head?

I have a micro bus 2.3i that doesn't wanna start.. at first I assumed that is petrol but is not coz it has petrol... I've checked it the petrol runs yes it runs perfectly... checked plugs thy good checked if it sparks yes it does(electrically is fun)... my starter is fyn... my mobilizer Is fyn..everything is fyn. Wat can b the cause nw?
