Why won't 2000 dodge ram start after I removed battery cable and hooked it back up

It possibly your car's security system, does the battery have 12 volts? Does it have 12 volts when you are trying to start the truck, if the voltage goes down it could be a weak battery. Starting relay could de defective, could be bad starter.
