If it were a security issue it would not fire at all,check fuel pump.
if the relay trips right after you start it and then cools down and resets itself - that might let the pump run for a second the second time and then snap,relay pops again.
Engine is 5.7 and does have their lok security system

There is no ground single coming from the ecm to the injectors. I have replaced the ecm and throttle position, air idle, and map sensors. I also checked the ground wires and cleaned the conections.
