My truck doesn’t seem to push out cold or warm air

Hey there my 94 dodge dakota 5.2L
used to blow hot and cold air
perfectly but now it pushes air out
soo slowly on all the settings it’s
ridiculous just wondering what the
problem could be soo I can fix before
it gets to cold to drive it.thanks

If I understand this correctly the blower motor does not increase speed when the selector is moved to a higher setting. Is this correct? if so could be the blower motor resistor needs to be replaced, blown ac fuse or power not getting to the selector switch and to the resistor.
