96 chevy blazer fuse # 2 dead short

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

took out cigar lighter, driver door light switch still shorted, no horn,  just started when I put two seats out of wifes van in the cargo area.  Checked all around back there but could find no indication that something has shorted.

Was just short of the smoke test and found that one of the visor lights did not shut off. Added some padding to it and it shut off. Now can keep a fuse in the slot without it going south right away.
