when my head light are off my signal lites work, when they are on signal lites illuminate but do not flash, now when the signal lights r used all of the dash flashes, and if you hit the brakes, it stops the signal lights from working, and this all happened in the past couple days,

You have a bad ground at the park lights or battery. Could be broken or corroded.
