I have a 93 Chevy s10 blazer I'm
having problems with my turn signals
and dash lights... when the lights are
on the blinkers turn on individually but
stay on constantly but when the lights
are off it blinks both sides and also
blinks my dash lights

You have the wrong bulb where a turn signal is or wires have crossed paths
