What does it mean when it appears engine power
reduced, as i have changed my motor oil newly.

It means the the engine management computer has sensed something is not right with the system, the codes will need to be pulled and the system diagnosed using those codes, once the repairs are completed and the system reset the light will go away until something else happens. Do not drive any more than you have too until repairs can be made as it can damage more expensive componets like converters, transmissions.

Check your brake fluid level. Recently discovered that if you allow it to get really low it will trigger a check engine light and put it into limp mode.
