My car cranks over but wont start and we have change the sparks and coils, and i was wondering what can cause that?

The ignition Control Module should be tested.

Try spraying some starting fluid down the throttle body. It should run a few seconds on that. If so, it's a fuel problem. If not, check for spark. If you have spark and it won't run on the starting fluid run a compression test. If all cylinders test very low or zero it's jumped timing. HTH. -Jim
