2006 pontiac g6 has ticking noise in dash also has slow exceleration like it has no power rpms climb though what is the problem?

Your Computer Module has switched into something called: Limp Mode. It can be fixed by someone with a code analyzer. They will need to address the underlying cause(the reason yourcomputer kicked in)and reflash your Electronic Control Unit.
