well I have a photo...and the mounting stud tells me that it is located front and center behind the decorative grille~...you should be able to spot it through the grille without even lifting up the hood...it's there for a reason...projects the sound at that location~

I cannot find a horn relay for the Mitsubishi...yours is a DUD...I know my Toytotas horn went kaput....I replaced it with a novelty "ah-ooo-gah" reminiscent of a klaxon...you could go this route too if you are sick of the road-runner meepmeep~

bit of wiring, and wires...if you're okay with that~ way out for cheap~ http://www.ebay.com/itm/OOGAH-HORN-Klaxon-style-vintage-loud-12v- ogah-truck-car-ooga-hot-street-rat-rod-/390612297547? pt=Vintage_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item5af24ea74b&vxp= mtr

you are supposed to be pushing "mark helpful" if I've been helpful to you....otherwise I get NOTHING out of this arrangement~
