my aunt passed away and we have no keys for her ford Taurus can I get one
from a dealer with the vin #

You will need the VIN and proof of ownership. Call them up to see if you need to tow the car in.

Depends on how old this Taurus is. Take F_O_R's advice and call the dealership. They will be able to guide you through the process.
