Could it be. Timing gears ?

Driving  suddenly  it decelarates I begin slowing down pushing my gas pedal is not  doing
anything so I coast park on side of road and the truck won't start tried swiching gas tanks
but still nothing it will turn over but  it's like the enjecters are not opening for the gas to
flow and I've checked my gas lines and pressure they are fine. What could be  the
problem

Next check for spark. Your coil may have fried. Not sure what year your truck is, but if it has a distributor cap, remove cap and have someone turn the key. If the rotor is not spinning, then you have a broken timing belt or chain.
