Used Mustang Ecoboost Premium or New Mustang Ecoboost Non-Premium?

Hi,

I am undecided between these two cars:

2017 used Mustang Ecoboost Premium with 30,000 miles for $20,500
or
2018 new Mustang Ecoboost for $22,300 but non premium

What would you recommend? I am getting either of them this Wednesday,

If you give me the $10k, without a doubt! Unfortunately, the GT is out of my budget
