transmission and put in a 5.0
Mustang motor without changing

No, you need the trans from the 5.0L, the V6 transmission would be too weak. You also have to swap out the 7.5 rear axle for the 8.8 rear and suspension parts and brakes, computer, wiring harness etc. Unless your doing all the labor and the V6 car has no rust and in excellent shape, then by all means, but easier to sell yours and pick up a 5.0L car with a manual.
