2005 Toyota Camry won't start after replacing alternator and battery

I have a 2005 Toyota Camry. I had to replace the alternator. I also replaced
the battery . I’ve had this issue before where I disconnected the battery and
it wouldn’t start but I can’t remember how to get it going again I go to turn it
over and I get absolutely nothing no click click click not a growl nothing. All
that happens is the dashboard lights blink and it sounds like the directional is
on any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

When you put it back together, you probably tripped the security system. You need to get out of that for anything to happen. You might find a security deactivation instruction in the owners manual, also available online, but it might involve a tow to the dealer.
